The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mentor Pods and are protected by intellectual property laws. Materials shared during sessions remain the property of their respective creators.
7. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during pod sessions. This includes business strategies, personal information, and proprietary materials shared by other members.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mentor Pods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programs. Content shared by facilitators and members represents their personal views and experiences.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
